·  We have a team comprising of paid staff, volunteers, home-based staff members and people on training placements from several organisations.

Training and Development

The organisation is committed to staff training and development.  Where possible, members of the team are trained in a number of different tasks. All our experienced staff members can provide training to a new member of the team and are also there to advise and support all other members of the team. 

Bookdonors has a friendly working environment. Our aim is to build up people's confidence through a welcoming, yet structured work setting. This is beneficial to us all, but especially to trainees, whose confidence and employability is often, perceivably improved.
