We are happy to answer any enquiries or provide photographs on request.
If a customer receives an item that is different to the one described or that is clearly
in a worse condition than that indicated, please contact us to report the defect
or damage within 7 days of receipt of the item and we will either send a
replacement or issue a full refund.
If a customer has ordered an item incorrectly and returns it to us undamaged and
in a resalable condition within the returns timescale, the customer will be
refunded the price of the book only, upon receipt of the book at Bookdonors.
Please note Bookdonors are not accountable for the cost of return postage.
RETURNS TIMESCALE:
Within the UK: 7 days
Within Europe: 10 days
Rest of World: 20 days
Rest of World Surface: 30 days

Postage and Packaging
We use sturdy packaging to ensure each book arrives safely at its destination; whether this is within the UK, or half way around the world. We wrap each book securely in recycled, corrugated packaging card. The order is then placed into a recyclable mailing bag with the Delivery Note in an attached envelope.
We aim to post within 2 business days using UK Royal Mail.
For our U.K. customers, we send by Second Class post. We can respond to requests for First Class delivery or a tracking service at an extra cost payable prior to mailing.
For our European & International customers, we generally send by Standard Airmail. We can respond to requests for a tracking service at an extra cost payable prior to mailing.
We send an email to confirm each order has been posted. This email includes a copy of the book's full description and our contact details.
